BIO

Ever since I can remember, I have always been attracted to colours and shapes. I graduated in Visual Communications in Milan and immediately got involved in the world of arts (productions and exhibits).

In 1996, I immigrated to Canada and while looking for work in the artistic world, I completed a college degree in Graphic Arts. After a few years, I decide to leave everything behind and graduate from the Pastry Chef program at the l’École Hôtelière de Montréal.

It’s during this time that I come to an epiphany:

Art, Graphics and Pastry fuse as One in my mind – The Perfect Match!
